Refund policy

By submitting a request through SolarVoxGreen, you agree to the conditions listed below. We have set these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures.

SolarVoxGreen only sells to customers who intend to use the item(s) for the full duration of their economic life. If you purchased an item to use temporarily and then return it, you will not be eligible for a refund. Examples include items used for conferences, trade shows, promotional events, or short-term rentals.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, or covered under warranty.
  • Any opened package will be considered used and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions on packaging and shipping.
  3. Eligible returns will receive a prepaid return label if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. For returns due to customer remorse, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Returns must be shipped back to the original manufacturer, not directly to SolarVoxGreen, unless instructed otherwise.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Methods

We only accept returns by post. In-store or kiosk returns are not available.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse: You pay the return shipping.
  • Wrong, defective, or damaged product: We cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before the refund is posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund, email us — we will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective, incorrect, damaged, or the wrong size. The fastest way to receive your replacement is to return the original item, and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
