Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively to mainland United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO boxes, Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, or international destinations.

Processing Time

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1–5 business days to process your order, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched promptly.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers limit their operations.
  • Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, or other issues may cause delivery delays.

We proudly offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £500 within mainland UK.

For orders under £500, the following shipping fees apply:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of your order date, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@solarvoxgreen.co.uk.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email or phone. Out-of-stock items will be automatically cancelled and refunded unless you request otherwise within 2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it with the courier and contact us immediately.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, send us clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will offer you a replacement or a refund upon confirmation of the loss.
  • Claims for lost or damaged parcels will not be recognised after 5 days following delivery confirmation.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, we can accept cancellations. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to an administrative fee.

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
