The Neostar 3P+ series uses advanced N-Type monocrystalline cell technology with ABC (All Back Contact) architecture. By placing all electrical contacts on the rear side of the cell, the design maximises the active surface area exposed to sunlight and helps improve electrical conversion efficiency compared with conventional front-contact modules.

The module features dual-glass construction with glass on both the front and rear sides. This structure increases mechanical strength and provides improved resistance to moisture, environmental stress and long-term degradation compared with traditional backsheet panels. The robust glass-glass design also supports improved long-term stability in demanding outdoor conditions.

With a bifacial design, the panel can generate additional electricity from reflected light reaching the rear side of the module. This can increase total energy yield when installed above reflective surfaces or elevated mounting systems such as flat-roof frames or ground-mounted structures.

Integrated ABC anti-shading cell technology helps maintain power generation when partial shading occurs across the module surface, supporting more stable output in real-world installation environments.
