The TBB Power Solar Mate SP600-120 is a high-voltage, transformer-isolated MPPT solar charge controller designed for efficient charging of 48V lithium and lead-acid battery systems. It is engineered for off-grid, hybrid, and energy storage applications where high efficiency, electrical safety, and system flexibility are required.

The controller features dual independent MPPT trackers with a wide operating voltage range, allowing connection of two separate PV arrays, including installations with different roof orientations. With support for up to 600V open-circuit PV input, the SP600-120 reduces the need for combiner boxes, simplifying system design and lowering installation costs.

Designed for seamless integration with TBB Power inverter systems such as the Rio and Tyrann series, the SP600-120 enables coordinated energy management across the TBB ecosystem. Monitoring and system control are available via the optional E4 display or NOVA web platform, providing real-time performance data and diagnostics.

The controller incorporates reinforced electrical isolation between PV input and battery, as well as built-in insulation resistance and earth fault detection to enhance system protection. Intelligent thermal management ensures stable operation across a wide temperature range, while support for parallel connection allows system expansion for larger installations.

The SP600-120 is suitable for residential and commercial energy storage systems, off-grid and hybrid solar installations, telecommunications backup power, and remote energy applications.
